Supported the Fort Worth Botanic Garden Garden Club Centennial Gala (≈500 guests), assisting with makeup inspiration visuals for ushers, coordinating costume construction in alignment with design concepts, and maintaining organized costume/hair/makeup documentation to ensure clear communication between design and fabrication teams. Also served as point of contact for ushers transitioning out of makeup and into performance.
